The purpose of paperwork.show is to create and organize paperwork for production events.
A majority of the software that exists for our industry is focused on either the design side or the billing side of the project, with Crew Chiefs and Technical Directors left to generate endless collections of spreadsheets and PDFs.
paperwork.show is focused on creating equipment lists, organizing how equipment is packaged, prepped, labelled and sorted.
- Quickly generating Equipment lists with simple terminology. No searching through lists of equipment or addings items one by one, simply create a list like you would in an E-Mail and we parse that text and turn it into your equipment list.
- Sort and Organize your Equipment: Separate your gear into Project Parts, Physical Positions, and Cases. Label, Bundle, Loom and Color Code each item.
- Keep one master list of equipment, while generating Pullsheets for the crew and totals for your Vendor Orders.
- Import Lighting Fixture infomation from Vectorworks, grandMA2, Excel, Numbers, or anything else that can create a CSV file.
- Organize your thoughts with Project Notes and TODOs, and add Hints to your Positions to streamline your planning.
- Use a variety of our worksheets to help generate your equipment list, making the creation process streamlined and avoiding missed or forgotten pieces.
- Share your projects with associates. Collaborate with your specialists, allowing them to add their own gear into the Equipment List while keeping it seperate.*
